Wedge Mounts - Series DF
Dynemech wedge mounts are designed for industrial machine tools that require precision leveling. This three piece wedge mount has an adjustable bolt which moves the center wedge between top and bottom stationery wedges to provide lift, to the top wedge. Anti-Skid plate is provided on the top wedge therefore, machines are installed as free standing. Large supporting surface ensures solidity and rigidity. Vibration reduction is possible through assembling respective Dynemech insulation plates .

Series DFP have a height of 150/100mm at mean position as per IMTMA guidelines for TPM/TQM norms for machine installation.

Wedge Mounts - Series DB (Bolt On)
Dynemech Wedge Mounts Series DB is designed for machines which require precision leveling along with vibration reduction and are desired to be firmly mounted with the isolator or machines with high axial thrust and do require any anchoring in the floor.

Wedge Mounts - Series DBP
Series DBP have a height of 150mm/100mm at mean position to help proper cleaning and repairing under the machine. This results in enhanced machine tool reliability i.e. zero breakdowns, reduced operation and life cycle costs which are driving factors for adoption of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices. This has been recommended by IMTMA.

Dynemech Wedge Mounts, Series DT is designed for machines which are top heavy or have eccentric motion or machines which must be anchored top the ground.

Wedge Mounts - Series DTP
Placed at a height of 100-150 mm to facilitate cleaning and repairing, as per IMTMA guidelines. It in turn helps in enhanced machine tool reliability. There would not be breakdowns, and there would be reduced operation and life cycle costs which are driving factors for adoption of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices recommended by IMTMA.
