Insulation Plates
“Dynemech offers ANTI
VIBRATION SHEETS made from high grade synthetic composite
material. These sheets have different load capacities and are available
in different natural frequencies to suit various industrial
applications. These are resistant to water, oils, lubricating oils,
fuels etc. used in the shop floor. Each sheet has defined stress value
and can be placed directly under the machine as per the weight of the
machine and no. of mounting positions. These plates will not deform
plastically, if the weight of machine does not exceed maximum load value
of the insulation plates. The available thicknesses are 15mm, 18mm, 20mm
and 25mm.

Machinery Raiser Damping Blocks |
Series DR
Dynemech Raiser Damping Blocks offer easy and quick installation of CNC
machines. These blocks offer both leveling and vibration damping besides
raising height of the machine for proper cleaning and repairing under
it. These are suitable for machines having tapped hole in the base. The
bolt rests over the dimple provided on the top face of mount. Raiser
Damping Blocks are assembled with Insulation plates, for vibration
reduction. Mounts provide fast and easy installation, flexible shop
floor plan, enhanced component finish/part tolerance, extended tool and
machinery life, improved health protection, better structural safety.
Ideal for CNC Turning/ Machining Centres, Cylindrical &
Centreless Grinding Machines, Precision Machine Tools. Helps implement
